Cheer Yourself Up! #26

The Cheer Up Chum List!
1. Dance outside my house with headphones on

2. Go on a train or a bus and burst out in song

3. Start jumping up and down randomly in the middle of class

4. Take a walk

5. Go for a run

6. Hang out with a friend

7. Watch a movie

8. Randomly act out a scene from your favorite play/movie in your living room

9. Go for a drive

10. Take a nap

11. Read a book

12. Write out your feelings in a journal

13. Write a story

14. Start crazy laughing and freak people out

15. Be weird

16. Eat a food that makes you happy such as ice cream

17. Listening to music

18. Go to the beach and just watch the waves

19. Take a yoga class

20. Sing a song

21. Scream really loud for no reason

22. Think about happy memories
